What is SF Attachment?
The ScribeForce Attachment offers a unique opportunity for overseas candidates who would like to gain UK & Overseas based transcription training and experience as part of their medical transcriber careers. ScribeForce Attachment is carefully developed and designed to give its subscribers the necessary practical skills and experience required for undertaking transcription for the NHS and other healthcare services from the UK.
Kathy Perkins: 
Kathy has many years experince working as Medical Secretary within the private health sector in the UK. She has been a key member of the BSMSA over the years and has been instrumental in driving modernisation and structural changes within the BSMSA to reflect the changing role and current needs of medical secretaries in the UK healthcare workforce. Kathy is higly regarded within the profession and is passionate about training and development. She is the current Chair of the BSMSA.
Melanie Muldoon: 
Melanie works for Manchester College of Art and Technology , the largest college in Europe as a Tutor for medical secretarial training and has delivered and created learning packages for students. Melanie is currently the Training Co-ordinator with the BSMSA and has taken a leading role in implementing the new online courses for the BSMSA. She is the Chair-elect and takes over the chair of the BSMSA later in 2009.
Steve Taylor: 
Steve has many years experince working as a Special Projects manager with the NHS and has a background in nursing. Steve has worked with ScribeForce since 2006 and is responsible for recruitment of medical transcribers and Quality Assurance. He heads the ScribeForce Attachment Scheme work experience programe.
