Practical Training Experience
The second stage of the SF Attachment is the Practical Training Experience with ScribeForce. The prerequisite for this stage is the successful completion of the Certificate in Medical Terminology course. The practical training experience gives candidates access to a range of carefully selected audio files from a variety of medical specialities and UK accents to help gain confidence and test out skills in a structured and supportive environment. Candidates are allocated an ScribeForce mentor who checks the quality of work and provides appropiate feedback to improve accuracy and typing skills. At the end of this period successful candidates are awarded a Certificate of Practical Training.
