What is SF Attachment?
The ScribeForce Attachment offers a unique opportunity for overseas candidates who would like to gain UK based transcription training and experience as part of their medical transcriber careers. ScribeForce Attachment is carefully developed and designed to give its subscribers the necessary practical skills and experience required for undertaking transcription for the NHS and other healthcare services from the UK.
Enrolment
ScribeForce Attachment is offered jointly with the British Society of Medical Secretaries and Administrators. Satisfactory completion of the online Certificate in Medical Terminology course is a mandatory pre-requirement for the Attachment. Bookings are accepted on a first come first serve basis and are guaranteed only when fees are paid in full.
Training Facilities
All training is provided online. You will need to have access to a good PC and internet connection. A list of recommended textbooks will be provided on enrolment.
Quality
The quality of our training and our trainers is of a very high standard. We have experienced mentors who are accessible during the Medical Terminology Course and throughout the Attachment period.
Cancellation
The Medical Terminology course is offered via the BSMSA and no refund is given once you have registered and paid for the course. All ScribeForce Attachment bookings carry a 40% cancellation charge.
